LDW’s primary service is the Pre-Hire Executive Assessment. The assessment involves an in-depth, interview conducted by a psychologist, supplemented with a battery of relevant personality and aptitude tests. The goal of the assessment is to provide their client with an accurate report on the candidate to aid the client’s hiring decision. LDW finds that candidates are often unaware of the process and unclear about what’s in it for them. This leads to anxiety and the tendency for candidates to over-prepare.
